Adama Traore left Middlesbrough for Wolverhampton Wanderers during the summer transfer window, with last season’s Championship winners paying the best part of £18m to secure the attacker’s services.
Traore has made 12 Premier League appearances for Wolves this season, but has only managed one goal, and has thus far struggled to make his mark.
The 22-year-old took to social media in the aftermath of his team’s 2-0 defeat to Huddersfield Town on Sunday, and that led to a number of Boro fans calling for the attacker to return to the Riverside Stadium.

The 5ft 10in ace joined Boro from Aston Villa in 2016, and scored five times in 71 appearances for the club before moving to Wolves.
It is extremely, extremely difficult to imagine a set of circumstances where Traore could end up back at the Riverside, but the Boro fans have directly asked the former Barcelona youngster to return.
